Tera Chase was born into a real estate family, learning the business from an early age through the wisdom of her great-grandfather and grandfather. Blessed to know and learn from her great-grandfather—whose people skills and genuine smile left a lasting impression—Tera developed an innate ability to understand and anticipate the needs and desires of others. She spent 19 years in education, formerly teaching design. An industry standard that led her into her lifelong real estate career.
Her greatest accomplishments stem from her unwavering client-centered focus. This commitment is evident in the loyalty of her repeat clients and the steady stream of referrals she receives—90% of her business comes directly from these trusted relationships.
A natural fit for the Treasure Valley real estate community, Tera serves clients throughout the Boise area. A proud local Borah High School graduate, Tera went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho and later completed her Master’s degree during a brief time in Washington. Ultimately, she returned to Idaho to build her home and focus on serving the community she loves.
