Tera Chase was born into a real estate family, learning the business from an early age through the wisdom of her Great-Grandfather and Grandfather. Blessed to know and learn from her Great-Grandfather—whose people skills and genuine smile left a lasting impression—Tera developed an innate ability to understand and anticipate the needs and desires of others. She graduated from Borah High School, Boise and from the University of Idaho. She taught Interior Design in the Boise School District and Westada School Districts. She enjoyed her time as an adjunt professor at Boise State University and the Univeristy of Idaho.  Tera has journeyed through the Real Estate industry earning Top Producer since 2017 and committed to her clients and custsomers both as a Buyers Agent and Selling Agent in her Community.
